Firefox Search Plugins Vs The Location Bar Search Keywords

There are two common ways to run a search from firefox.

• Using the Search Bar, top right, which defaults to Google, but can be augmented with lots of other searches
• Using the (url) location bar, with Smart Search Keywords

Most people who know about both methods seem to prefer the latter. Especially mouse-averse techies.

I prefer the former. And the reason is mostly "Search Suggestions" powered by Google.
